Wyndham Gramado Termas Resort & Spa, Gramado

I found the hotel nestled in a charming countryside area, which set a lovely backdrop for my stay. The rooms were quite small and not as luxurious as I had hoped for a 5-star, and the breakfast options felt mediocre. However, I did appreciate some of the amenities and the service, despite language barriers at times. Overall, it was an okay experience, but it could have been better considering the expectations.
